"Bad, Bad Leroy Brown"
(As recorded by Jim Croce)
JIM CROCE
Woah!
Well ‘ole south side of Chicago
Is the baddest part of town
And if you go down there
You better just beware
Of a man name of Leroy Brown
Now Leroy more than trouble
You see he stand about six foot four
All those downtown ladies call him "Treetop Lover"
All the mens just call him "Sir"
And he’s bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
Badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog
Now Leroy he a gambler
And he like his fancy clothes
And he like to wear his diamond rings
In front of everybody’s nose
He got a custom Continental
He got a Eldorado too
He got a .32 gun in his pocket for fun
He got a razor in his shoe
And he’s bad (bad) bad (bad) Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
Badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog
Well Friday ’bout a week ago
Leroy shootin’ dice
And at the edge of the bar
Sat a girl named Doris
And oo that girl looked nice
Well he cast his eyes upon her
And the trouble soon began
And Leroy Brown had learned a lesson ’bout a-messin’
With the wife of a jealous man
And he’s bad (bad) bad (bad) Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
Badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog
Well the two men took to fighting
And when they pulled them from the floor
Leroy looked like a jigsaw puzzle
With a couple of pieces gone
And it’s bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
Badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog
And he’s bad (bad) bad (bad) Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
Badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog
Yeah he was badder than a-old King Kong
And meaner than a junkyard dog.

[1] wow thanks! Just watched the video, and as with old MTVs, it's just the artists/singers singing the song. It has a pretty catchy tune, and the story made me think of Lola in Copacobana by Barry Manilow (dwinner.free.fr/barrymanillow.html).
Thanks to the link to the site, I think I'll watch more vids there.
Thanks for dropping by too.

Posted by Jepster at August 18, 2006, 10:12 amHallo! Sorry for barging in. XP This is psychedelic_aya from LJ and I just got my hands on the internet again, nyahaha.
First of all, I'd like to say that I am so sorry for replying SO LATE to your LJ comment on my blog post about being Lyndon's, er, fangirl. (Haha, yes, you are the stalker. I submit, fufufu.) I replied to that already (just today as well) and I'd like you to know that I think your idea was great. And maybe I'll try to get permission from the school sometime, because an activity like that would be a great help for the Arts Center (which I am not part of, but it'd still be great anywho.) XD I think they'd rather have something like that during the fair, though, but I'll try to ask more details about that.) Once again, thanks for the great suggestion. XD
My e-mail is psychedelic_aya@yahoo.com–just in case you don't see my LJ reply. XD And, sorry to be repetitive and makulit–*gets shot* but, really, details would be lovely. XD
(And I am so going to that Komikon. XP Indeed.)
Thanks again and sorry for being repetitive. XD Also, sorry for being a disturbance. XD Hihi.

Some time ago, I needed to buy a good car for my corporation but I did not earn enough cash and could not order anything. Thank heaven my mother suggested to try to get the home loans at creditors. So, I did that and used to be satisfied with my student loan.
